Ezyway
EasyWay, an Iranian team based in Germany, is a specialized platform for facilitating migration to Germany. Despite being a newly established service, it faced a high demand that its existing website was unable to accommodate.
Recognizing this challenge, they initiated the redesign project of their website to create a more engaging and efficient user experience.
While they managed the development phase internally, they approached us for UX and UI design. The project was particularly complex due to the intricacies of visual storytelling and the wide range of migration pathways.
The six-month-long project began with a thorough UX process, including two months of intensive research and data collection. We analyzed leading Iranian and international websites in the migration space to identify best practices and user needs. Starting with low-fidelity wireframes, we gradually moved to high-fidelity wireframes and, after approval of the homepage, proceeded with designing the remaining pages.
This redesign has enabled EasyWay to handle higher traffic while providing users with a clear and intuitive journey, aligning with their mission of simplifying migration processes.
