Nikan 365 is an innovative and comprehensive project by the Nikan Hospital Group, designed to redefine the hospital service experience for patients, doctors, and healthcare staff. This application is developed exclusively for Nikan Virtual Hospital, and no other hospital has yet provided a similar service.

The primary goal of the project was to offer online and offline services in a modern, fast, and user-friendly manner. Nikan tasked us with designing the user interface (UI) of this application to be both simple and efficient while meeting the needs of different audiences, including patients, doctors, and hospital staff.

Given the large scale of the project, our collaboration included designing several components, such as the main web application, hospital kiosks, in-hospital television displays, and even a Chrome extension. Each part was designed to create a seamless, human-centered experience that would meet all user needs.

The final product, now available as a web application on its dedicated domain, provides an unparalleled experience in hospital service management. This solution not only improves online and offline processes for patients but also paves the way for Nikan’s vision of smart hospitals.
